This photograph shows the the oil/chip road that provides access to the property and the southeast hay field of the property beyond. Road maintenance for this road is provided by the township. This road connects to another oil/chip road that connects to IL Route 99.
This property is located about 4.5 miles SSE of Mount Sterling, the county seat of Brown County.

The oil/chip road becomes a gravel road (maintained by the property owner) that leads to a huge Morton Building, which we have always considered one of the greatest amenities of the property.
